New Project Launched - Johannes Voss Playmat Collection

Long awaited by many of his fans, the Johannes Voss Playmat Collection is now Live on Kickstarter!.

 These Playmats will be exclusive to Kickstarter and may not be reprinted in future projects, so this could be your only opportunity EVER to get these Playmats.  We're printing to demand for the project and won't be printing more outside of future projects.

Gift of Orzhova fans might recognize something a bit different with this art.  We worked with Wizards of the Coast, UltraPro, and Johannes to expand the art for every Playmat in the project.

Cropping or adding blank panels to such beautiful artwork simply wasn't acceptable, so we put the work in to make something truly special for this project.  We are beyond pleased with the end result, and we hope you are too.

Each piece of Johannes Voss artwork is available as a Kickstarter Exclusive, Extended Art Playmat.

While we had hoped to offer signed mats, the realities of Covid and increased international shipping costs forced us to consider a different approach.

Johannes is currently designing a hand stamp using his signature to uniquely distinguish each mat in the project.   The stamp will be destroyed after fulfillment to ensure each mat remains unique for the backers.

In addition to the 6 designs available at launch, 2 more have already been unlocked and an additional Playmat will be unlocked at $60,000.

Each new Playmat unlocked will be voted on by the backers, selected from some of Johannes's most popular art not already included in the project.

Blood Artist, Thalia, Sphere of Safety, Sanctum Prelate (from his new Secret Lair), and more will be available for voting when new mats are unlocked.

Just launched our latest Kickstarter - Terese Nielsen's Tokens of Spirit

I'm very happy to announce that our latest Kickstarter, Terese Nielsen's Tokens of Spirit, is now live and already off to a great start!

It's fitting that I post this update here, as it was this project that made all of this possible.  After the success of the first Classic Art Tokens project, Terese reached out to me at GP DC 2016 about the possibility of creating her own line of tokens.

Fast forward three years and a ton of work later and here we are, launching a project featuring some of the most beautiful and amazing artwork I've ever seen.  To say I'm proud of what we've come up with is a massive understatement.

But enough about that, here are some of the Tokens that will be available for backers:

Like I said, this is some seriously good art on some high quality materials.  We even have FOIL Tokens available.

This project has been a secret labor of love of mine for the last three years and it's so great to finally be able to share it with you, the backers that helped make it happen.

New Kickstarter Now Live - Commander Playmats

We're doing it again!

Recently launched on Kickstarter is our latest project, Commander Playmats, that aims to create officially licensed Playmats for some of the most popular and powerful Commanders in the game.

We launched with five initial Commanders but, with Stretch Goals, this can expand to 12 or more.

As with all OMA Magic mats, the profits are shared with the artists.

The artists receive $10 for each mat sold, so at least 25% of your pledge is going directly into their pocket.  Back with confidence, knowing that you are supporting the artist that brought your favorite Commander to life.

As I am writing this update, we're already very close to fully funding, so your support can get us over the line and on to our excellent Stretch Goals.

Final 24 Hours to Support Relics of Wizardry

29 days have come and gone, and we are now in the final day of our latest Kickstarter for Relics of Wizardry, 100% Metal Counters for Magic and other Games.

Through the course of the campaign, we've raised over $13,000 and unlocked 2 brand new designs.  With less than 24 hours to go, we are only $1,600 away from another Stretch Goal and unlocking one more design.

As a reminder, all Backers of the Classic Art Tokens project will receive an additional Relic of their choice, simply for backing the project.
